Coaching can address a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, self rejection, abandonment, rejection, people pleasing, perfectionism, relationship conflicts, and personal growth challenges due to these issues.
How many sessions do I need?
Like anything in life, there isn't usually a quick fix. Depending on what goals we are working toward and the amount of energy and effort you are willing to put in, will determine how many sessions are needed. There is also an opportunity to have monthly follow up sessions for accountability partnership once relationship established.
